This SL-28 microlot comes from Finca El Venado and Cerro San Luis Micromill in Costa Rica's West Valley. Siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado and their spouses run the family farms and mill in Grecia. After harvest, the cherries are brought to the family home for processing; this lot uses the yellow honey process.
Importer tasting notes: Toffee, cooked berry and mild dried fruit, with tart acidity and gentle fruit-like sweetness.
